Al Ramz announced today the appointment of Dr. Sameer Kamal Al-Ansari to its Board

Dubai, 17 August 2020, Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development PJSC (“Al Ramz”), a Dubai Financial Market listed company that offers a variety of financial products and services including asset management, corporate finance, market making, liquidity providing, brokerage, IPO management and research, announced today the appointment of Dr. Sameer Kamal Al-Ansari as a member of its Board of Director to complete the current term of the board .

Dr. Sameer Al Ansari has more than 35 years of experience in financial markets, private equity, investments, strategic advisory and governance with a strong track record. He held executive positions in major financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds, in addition to serving as a board member in major firms and multiple sectors, including investment banking, health sector, industrial and service.

Dr. Al Ansari is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of and the Institute’s advisory board for MENA. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Loughborough University for outstanding achievement and leadership in finance and is a visiting fellow at Oxford University Said Business School.
